Best Credit Service, Inc., is an IRS approved 501 (c) 3 non-profit, tax exempt consumer credit counseling firm established and incorporated in the State of Arkansas on July 19th, 1999. The mission is to assist persons who are experiencing money, debt, and credit difficulties and increase the financial literacy of the general public. Persons are served regardless of their ability to pay, creditors owed, or dollar amount owed.

The following is a list of objectives our agency strives to achieve.

• Provide budget counseling in English and Korean without charge by telephone and in-person.
• Assist clients in resolving money, debt, and credit difficulties due to job loss, reduced income, divorce, catastrophic illness, death, poor money management, or other precipitating events.
• As alternative to filing bankruptcy, offer a debt repayment plan to clients upon completion of a counseling session.
• Provide educational materials and information on budgeting, credit, and debt to clients and the general public.
• Enable the agency’s employees to learn, grow, and achieve while also providing quality services.
• Strive for continual improvement in service delivery by meeting the  standards for ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.

Established in 1999, the agency was founded primarily to reach the under-served Asian population within the United States. However, since then, the agency has branched out and serves a multitude of clients in the states of Arkansas, Georgia, New York, Texas, California, Florida, and Washington State. Counselors fluent in both English and Korean are available to facilitate the needs of our diverse clientele. Best Credit Service, Inc. will continue to provide tools in the form of educational workshops, counseling, and programs designed to help improve your quality of life by relieving financial stress.
